CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
No Show / Missed Appointments
We understand that emergencies happen, and circumstances can arise suddenly, however, if a client does not show up to their appointment, their credit card on file will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Credit cards will be put on file at the time of booking, but they will not be charged until you are seen for your appointment.
We understand your time is valuable, if you do not show up to your appointment it leaves us unable to fill the slot we had reserved for you with another client who may need services. Please give us a 24-hour notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours as well. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment for another day.
